She is a fun, free-spirited individual with a deep love for adventure. 

Melissa has founded and co-founded companies in both the fintech & ed-tech sectors, has revolutionized the way micro-businesses develop pricing strategies and created online educational experiences from Sea to Space with Live It Earth  

Her photography work can be found in private collections around the world as well as in regional, national and international publications. Career highlights include representing Canada at the World Photographic Cup and winning both National and Provincial awards for her work.  She is known to climb trees, jump in helicopters and wade through mud-bogs to get "the shot".

When Melissa is not working or volunteering, you will find her adventuring in the Kootenays with her husband and two children.
